The salmon fillet with some STAY SPICED ! Season Fleur de Sel rosemary and the pepper mixture Black Gold . Then fry the salmon on the skin side over medium heat in a pan with a little olive oil.
Cut the zucchini into even slices and add to the salmon fillet in the pan. Once the fish fillet has received a nice crust, gently turn and cook on the other side if necessary.
Salmon with some STAY SPICED ! Season the Amore spice to taste and swirl with the zucchini pieces for about 30 seconds – this will give salmon and zucchini the perfect taste. Drizzle with a little lemon.
