Tarte flambée in itself is a delicacy, but topped with egg mushrooms (aka chanterelles) it is even more ingenious. And will then also be eaten bit by bit ratz fatz. Preheat the oven to 250°. The tarte flambée needs a lot of heat.
Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough and put in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the covering. To do this, clean the egg mushrooms and cut the raw ham into cubes and the spring onions into rings. Then mix the crème fraiche (or sour cream) with an egg yolk and season well with salt, magic mushroom and the bell pepper.
Roll out the dough nice and thin and then onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Brush with the crème fraiche – egg mass, cover with egg mushroom, ham and spring onions and put in the oven for about 10 minutes. Dough and topping should take on some color.
After baking, sprinkle with fresh parsley and enjoy warm! ???
