preparation

Mix all the ingredients together until the dough is nice and smooth. Put some fat in a pan (preferably clarified butter) and heat on medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons of dough to the pan. The pancakes should have a diameter of about 10 cm. Bake the pancake for about 2 minutes until small bubbles form, then turn and bake from the other side as well. Arrange pancakes on a plate and sprinkle with a mixture of icing sugar and raspberry fruit powder and serve.
