Whether as the crowning glory of a romantic dinner, as feel-good food at the weekend or as a reward for yourself: A dessert is always possible, don't you think? We personally are crazy about panna cotta – and in this recipe it is added to the STAY SPICED ! Vanilla sugar still pimped with real Tahiti vanilla. Simply delicious!
Soak the gelatin in a bowl of cold water. Cut open the vanilla pods on one side and scrape out the vanilla pulp.
Slowly bring the milk together with the whipped cream, the scraped vanilla pods, the vanilla pulp and sugar in a saucepan and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes.
Then fish out the vanilla pods and stir in the expressed gelatin leaves, stirring constantly until they have dissolved.
Then fill the still warm mass into glasses/bowls and let it get cold. Leave in the fridge for about 2 hours, garnish with a raspberry sauce and any fruits in the glass and serve.
Of course, the panna cotta can also be dropped from the glasses/bowls onto a plate.
Tip: it is best to hold the glass briefly in hot water, then it is easier to fall.
