Free the cauliflower from the stalk approach and the leaves.
Generously brush the top of the cauliflower with butter and with S! Sprinkle Crusty Crust.
Grill the cauliflower over indirect heat (160°) for about 50 – 60 minutes until soft.
TIP: if you work with smoked shavings, it gives the cauliflower a great BBQ aroma and harmonizes perfectly with the Crusty Crust spice.
