Brisket Tacos with S! What a Brisket

preparation

Rub the beef breast well with olive oil. Then with the S! Season what a brisket spice generously. Prepare the grill for indirect heat (100–110°). Pull the brisket to a core temperature of 88 degrees for about 7-8 hours. Then let it rest for a while.

Lay out the Butcher Paper and top the corn on the cob. Spread 1 tbsp butter on the corn and season with the grill salt. Fold the paper into a closed package and stew over 180° indirect heat for 30 – 40 minutes. Halve the nectarines and remove the stone.

Burn briefly on the cutting surface over high direct heat and then cut into fine slices. Remove the corn on the cob from the grill, cut vertically from the stalk and mix with the nectarines and the BBQ sauce and the chilli flakes. Cut the brisket into fine strips.

Now spread the fruity topping into the tacos and cover with the meat strips. Decorate with the rings of cut young onions and the oregano. Possibly with S! Season the grill salt and pepper.
