Greetings directly from the Alps with our S! Alpine fish spice and a great and healthy recipe for fish fans! The information is intended for two people and maximum enjoyment is of course with our S! Alpine fish spice guaranteed. Visually, this type of preparation is also an eye-catcher!

preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees circulating air.

In a bowl of olive oil, alpine fish spice, lemon, salt and juice of half an organic lemon mix.

Halve the lemon and squeeze one half, cut the other half into slices.

Cut the fish into 2 parts, place on baking paper strips and brush with spice oil.

Chop the dill and spread on the fish, adding 1-2 lemon slices to each.

Screw in the paper pages on both sides and form small packets.

Put 7 fish packets in the oven and cook at 180 degrees for about 20-25.
