preparation

Preheat the oven to 180° top and bottom heat.

Bring the water to a boil and stir in the pressure cooker's polenta quickly.

Attention: the mass thickens very quickly!

Already during stirring, reduce the heat and mix all ingredients quickly. Do not put the cooked polenta mass too thick on a baking tray. It is best to press the mixture as flat as possible with the palm of your hand (damp and cold) and spread it on the baking tray.

The basis for the topping is still the preparation of the tomato sauce. Sauté the onion and garlic clove finely chopped in olive oil. Add the diced tomatoes and tomato paste and with S! Season pizza & pasta spice, 1 tsp sugar and salt

Tip: You can make a little more of it here and freeze the rest – so you have a ready-made sugo – homemade, of course!

Afterwards, the topping can be well distributed as desired on the polenta pizza base including tomato layer. Finally, finely planed Parmesan cheese is distributed on the pizza.

Bake for 40-45 minutes at 180° top and bottom heat.

Et voila – a pizza including vitamins!

Recipe: Tarte flambée dough with great topping ideas

The tarte flambée or »Tarte Flambée« is a traditional dish from the Ellsässische cuisine. It is rumored to have arisen from a heat sample in the bread oven – thinly rolled out for temperature control. Probably a bread baker was hungry and put sour cream, bacon and onion on it. But anyway, the most important thing about tarte flambée is the dough!
