Sift the flour into a dough bowl and form a small hollow in the middle. Add the teaspoon of salt and dry yeast to the trough and dissolve with a little lukewarm water for 10 minutes.
Then knead everything into a dough and add the tablespoon of olive oil .
The dough should not be too dry. If it is too moist, work a little flour into it.
As soon as the consistency is right, cover with a cloth and let it rise for an hour.
