Such a Sloppy Joe can do something ... with his juicy filling and his delicious sauce. The SPICEvips Katrin & Roland from BBQ Hiesenvillage have interpreted the Sloppy Joe Burger austrian. Also included: bacon, mountain cheese and horseradish. Good for licking your fingers, let's tell you – you have to try it!
Meat sauce:
Heat clarified butter in the pan, fry onions, then add the garlic and sauté – add the minced food to the pan and fry it sharply, add tomato paste and fry the minced food over medium heat until crumbly. The passed tomatoes, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcester sauce and STAY SPICED ! Add spices.
Simmer the meat sauce over low heat for about 15 minutes and season to taste. Fold in the mountain cheese and spring onions and heat until the cheese has melted.
Burger sauce:
Mix the horseradish, ketchup and mayonnaise together and place in the refrigerator until used.
Finale:
Top the burger buns with salad and onions. Top with plenty of meat sauce and bacon. Finally, spread the burger sauce on top and sprinkle with grated mountain cheese.
