Cut the onion into small pieces and fry with olive oil in a saucepan.
Cut the bell pepper into pieces and fry briefly with tomato paste and onion.
Cut tomatoes into pieces and add to the pot.
Fry the jackfruit and then deglaze with tomatoes and simmer. Add goulash spice, salt and honey and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring regularly.
Serve jackfruit goulash with fresh baguette and enjoy hot.
