Chocolate waffles – Put dark chocolate, butter and milk in a saucepan and heat until the chocolate has melted.

Let the chocolate milk cool and then mix in the eggs.

Mix the remaining ingredients and add to the chocolate milk. Now the dough is ready for the waffle iron.

Hazelnut ice cream – Roast the hazelnut kernels briefly in a pan and set aside. Melt the brown sugar in a pan and add half of the nuts. Caramelize while stirring and allow to cool on a baking paper.

Bring the cream (whipped cream) to a boil briefly, remove immediately from the heat and stir in the hazelnut liqueur. Icing sugar, STAY SPICED ! Put the TNT, egg yolk and maple syrup in a bowl and stir until smooth, then add the cream.

Put the bowl in a hot water bath and beat until creamy for 10 minutes. After that, put in a cold water bath and beat cold for 5 minutes. Let the ice cream cool in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Then put in the ice cream machine for about 45 minutes. Chop the caramel nuts into small pieces and stir them into the ice mass shortly before the end. Chop the remaining nuts into small pieces and top the ice cream with it.
