preparation

Preriscaldare il forno a 200°C (programma ventilato) e ungere una teglia per muffin o preparare 12 pirottini di carta.

In una ciotola, schiacciate le banane, sbattete l'uovo, l'olio, il latte, la cannella, lo zucchero e Sugar & Spice con una frusta o un mixer fino a renderle spumose.

Mescolare la farina e il lievito in modo uniforme in un'altra ciotola e setacciare.

Aggiungere la miscela di banane alla miscela di farina e mescolare bene fino a formare una pastella appiccicosa.

Riempire gli stampi per muffin a metà con la pastella.

Cuocere sul ripiano centrale per 15 minuti e poi lasciare raffreddare.

Mescolare la crema di formaggio e Sugar & Spice con lo sciroppo d'agave e spalmare sui cupcake. Spolverare con le metà di pecan e un po' di Sugar & Spice.
