Melt 300 g of honey, 250 g of sugar and 125 g of butter; mix with 5 tbsp water, 125 g grated almonds, 150 g currants and refrigerate. Mix 2 tbsp gingerbread spice, 3 eggs, 50 g cocoa, 500 g flour and the staghorn salt and potash dissolved in water with the above mass until the dough is firm.
