Like God in France ... fresh, a slightly warm baguette, wonderful herb butter. Connoisseur's heart, what more could you want! With this recipe by Lars Pammler you can also do this at home.
Mix the flour, salt, yeast and bread spice and then stir in the water until no flour is visible. Then cover with cling film and let go overnight. The next day, place the dough on a heavily floured surface, divide and preheat the oven to 250 degrees circulating air.
Form 2 baguettes and place on a baking tray with baguette pan. Let it rise for another 30 minutes, then cut a little and bake for about 15-20 minutes!
Stir the butter until creamy and then add the spices, mix everything well, put on cling film and form it into a roll, twist the ends and put them in the refrigerator.
Then cut into slices and enjoy with the baguette!
Good luck!
