Here is our recipe suggestion for the Zaziki sauce:
500g quark/curd, 500g yoghurt or crème fraîche, 2 tbsp olive oil, small cucumber without seeds finely chopped, 40g onion diced, 3-4 tbsp Zaziki spice preparation.
Mix all ingredients and let them soak in the fridge. Serve cold and garnish with parsley.
