The Sashimi & Seafood spice harmonizes perfectly with all the fish and seafood traditionally used in Japan to prepare sashimi: salmon, tuna, eel, swordfish, mackerel and giant octopus, as well as Arctic shrimp, scallops and oysters.
The art of sashimi preparation lies in careful filleting: the bite-sized fillet pieces of fish and seafood should only be about 3-4 mm thick. Before serving, they are seasoned with World of Asia – Sashimi & Seafood – so the taste of the raw fish unfolds into an unforgettable pleasure experience.
