Tandoori Masala or Tanduri Masala is an Indian spice blend of spicy and aromatic spices for dishes prepared in Tandur.
Recipe Tandoori - sole for 6 sole fillets:
1 chopped onion, 1-2 cloves of garlic finely chopped and stir 5tsp tandoori mix into 225ml yogurt;
place the fish in it for about 6 hours;
then wrap in aluminium foil and bake for 30 min. in the tube at 180°C.
Alternative: Instead of sole, you can also take another white fish, but also chicken (double amounts, double times!)
Coriander, cumin, untreated sea salt, beetroot, garlic, ginger, mace, fenugreek, canehl cinnamon, pepper, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg, sumac (sumac, 7% salt).
Components of the Tandoori Masala are essentially mortared chilies, cumin and coriander seeds. It is not called Tandoori Barbecue Masala for nothing, because this spice mixture, mixed with a little oil, is ideal for brushing meat and poultry before grilling.
