Here we have a recipe suggestion for the gingerbread preparation 500g flour, 2 eggs, 125g grated almonds, 250g sugar, 250g butter, 5g speculoos spice, 1abriebene orange peel, pinch of salt, 5g staghorn salt dissolved in 1tsp milk.
Knead all ingredients quickly on a baking board and let it rest cool for 12 hours. Knead the dough again well, press into the wooden model or roll out thinly on a floured board and cut out figures. Put figures on well-greased trays, brush with milk or egg and possibly sprinkle with grated almonds. Bake at 200°C for about 12-15 minutes. And now enjoy!
