Ingredients:
500 g pork fillet
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp rice wine or sherry
1 tsp sugar
5 tsp Satay Bangkok Style
Spice by S!

Preparation:
Cut pork into small cubes, mix the remaining ingredients and the Satay Bangkok Style spice from STAY SPICED ! well in a bowl. Leave the pork in the satay marinade for about eight hours, then put it on bamboo skewers and grill over an open wood fire. Serve with satay sauce, peanut sauce, white rice and salad.
