The basic ingredients pepper and three types of salt are enriched with the taste of peppers, mustard seeds, coriander, caraway, onion, garlic, cumin, tomatoes, chili and smoked peppers. Oregano, turmeric, thyme, marjoram, fenugreek, nutmeg, celery, allspice, basil, rosemary, tarragon, orange peel, ginger, cinnamon and a little Demerara raw cane sugar give the composition an additional special touch.
