Its origin has the Herb Spice Pork & Beef spice from the Barbecue for Champions spice series of STAY SPICED ! actually at Dry Aged Pork. Especially for this excellent piece of pork, we have created a herbal blend that highlights the fine taste of the pork and yet does not overlay it. We then perfected the herb-spice mixture again for high-quality pork such as Iberico and Duroc – and the herb rub Herb Spice Pork & Beef was born!

The Herb Pork spice blend is ideal for refining fine pork varieties such as Dry Aged Pork, Duroc, Iberico and all pork specialties. If you want to grill the pork indirectly, we recommend seasoning the meat with herb pork before adding it to the BBQ Smoker or to the kettle grill over indirect heat. If you grill the meat directly or use a beefer, you should only season it with herb pork afterwards – so the herbs can not burn and you have the perfect herbal taste experience.

The spicy Herb Pork spice mixture by STAY SPICED ! emphasizes with strong herbs, light garlic as well as rosemary, sweet onions, bell pepper and Demerara raw cane sugar the taste of noble meat from Iberico and Duroc as well as pork specialties such as chops, squares, skewers, belly, shoulder and fillet.
Dry Aged Pork also harmonises optimally with the herb-spice mixture. Strong pepper notes of Tellicherry pepper, cubeb pepper and Bengali long pepper provide the last kick, noble Fleur de Sel makes it a harmonious and incomparable taste composition.
