Here we have for you directly a great Rezep for a Kasnockn dough (4 people):

  • Butter
  • 200 ml milk
  • 400 g flour
  • Pinzgauer Kasnockn spice from SPICEWORLD
  • 3 eggs

Bring a little butter to the boil with the milk. Mix the flour with the Pinzgauer Kasnockn spice from SPICEWORLD and then add the mixture to a bowl with the lukewarm milk-butter mixture. Stir with the eggs to a smooth Kasnockn dough.

Traditionally served in the pan, the spaetzle are sprinkled with cheese gratinated and roasted onions – perfect for strengthening yourself after a strenuous mountain climb or a day of skiing.
