Palm Island Pacific salt is obtained by a special process. Pacific water from the coastal region off the island of Molokai is filtered and evaporated in closed systems with the help of solar energy.
This results in a gourmet salt with only 84% sodium chloride - 16% is composed of 80 elements and trace elements found in seawater.
The white Palm Island Pacific salt is known for its shimmering crystals with fantastic texture and a distinctive "sweet" finish. Suitable for seasoning at the table for all cold dishes and for short fried meat and fish.
The resulting salt crystals are additionally mixed with a marine mineral extract.
