This spice creation is a must for potato lovers. It was created for fried potatoes, but is also perfect for egg mushrooms (chanterelles), black pudding dishes, potato gratins, potato puree and rustic spreads. Cutting onions is unnecessary, because the mixture already contains the roasted onions.
Cook potatoes, peel and cut into slices. Heat some fat in a pan. Fry the potatoes and sprinkle the fried potato mixture over it for the last 2 minutes and mix well - done!

"Original Salzburger Friedkartoffel" was created for down-to-earth enjoyment. Untreated sea salt, caraway and pepper give the composition a slightly spicy spice. Other flavour-defining ingredients are parsley, marjoram and nutmeg. Onions and roasted onions round off the taste perfectly and save the cook the onion cutting.
