The first organic chili sauce creation with the former chef of the restaurant Ikarus in Red Bull Hangar 7, Jörg Bruch in Salzburg.

The blueberries of the Urfahraner Beerenberg in combination with the dried hibiscus flowers give a wonderfully sweet-sour aroma. The slight spiciness notes round off the taste. This unique chilli sauce is the ideal companion for the cheese buffet, as a dip with smoked or grilled fish and goes wonderfully with vanilla or lemon ice cream.
