Or: Make a spice marinade the day before & vegetables such as peppers, onion & zucchini, but also spread meat with them & let them rest in the fridge. Finally, sear & serve.

Ideal: discouraged vegetables & meat with this marinade go well with dips such as labneh, hummus & Co.
