Quick and tasty? No problem for us! Our Hummus & Falaffel spice mixture combines the classics among the oriental spices such as garlic, coriander, smoked paprika, Bengali long pepper, lemon peel and much more. perfect together and provides the optimal taste kick.

We have here preparation tips for hummus and falafel for you:

Hummus:
Hot water and 5 g of S! Bring the spice mixture to the boil – add to 130 g chickpeas and mix with olive oil.
Our tip: with S! Refine beetroot powder and thus provide color on the plate.

Falaffel:
250 g chickpea flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 180 g water, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp spice mixture
Mix all dry components, add lukewarm water, let rest for an hour, then fry with oil in the pan.

Hummus is an oriental specialty made from pureed chickpeas, sesame butter, olive oil, lemon juice and spices. Falafel are fried balls formed from crushed chickpeas or beans.  They come from Arabic cuisine and are ideal as a snack in between. We have created our Hummus & Falafel spice to match both dishes.
