Harissa gives a taste kick with tomato soups, stews and oriental rice dishes. Harissa can be easily and quickly stirred into a ready-to-eat paste. Simply pour in a little hot water, let cool briefly & refine with olive oil. Haya's tip: Mix oven pumpkin with harissa paste and puree.  A wonderful spread for bread or pita in winter!
