For farmerhouse wedges, wash the unpeeled potatoes, cut them in half and soak them in the water. So the potato starch is washed out and the wedges become really crispy. Then drizzle with olive oil and with the S! Season French fries & wedges Marinier & Shaker spice vigorously. Mix everything and bake at 170°C circulating air in 40 minutes until golden brown.
In this spice mixture, selected spices combine to create a unique taste: untreated rock salt, pepper, lemon zest, caraway, rosemary and nutmeg. The slightly smoky note comes from the smoked salt and smoked paprika, while the fascinating fruity taste comes from the peel and juice of the lemon.
