You love Tatar? Are you into fish? Then you should definitely try this salmon tartare by SPICEvip Daniela from Mundwerkstatt. The genius of it: Fresh ginger, teriyaki sauce, sesame oil and STAY SPICED ! Chili flakes provide a delicious Asian touch.
Cut the salmon into fine cubes and place in a bowl. The peppers are the same size as the salmon cubes and add to it. Also finely chop the sugar snap peas.
Add the finely chopped ginger and season with the remaining ingredients and mix well together. Optionally, you can also mix some sesame underneath. Place in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes and let it soak.
Tip: To serve, portion the salmon tartare on plates with the help of a dressing ring or garnish with 2 spoons of cam shapes and with a little mixed leaf salad. Fresh ciabatta or baguette goes well with it. Just as well some sushi rice fits and you can enjoy the dish as a poke bowl.
