Recipe suggestion potato meat casserole
Ingredients: 850g beef loin, 2 onions, 5 cloves of fresh garlic, 300g tomatoes, 1 can of peel tomatoes, 500g potatoes, 50g dried figs, 200g eggplant, 2 tbsp olive oil.
Peel the onion and potatoes, grease the casserole dish with olive oil.
Cut meat into thin slices.
Sauté onion with 1 tsp oil, season meat with Ras-el Harnout and sea salt vigorously Lay out slices in casserole dish Onions, put pureed peel tomatoes over the meat and pre-cook potatoes, tomatoes, eggplants, figs in slices for 30 minutes in the preheated oven at 180 degrees, season with Ras-el Harnout and 1 tsp salt, add to the pre-cooked meat and bake for another 30 minutes.
For the last 5 minutes, gratinated Parmesan cheese and serve hot .
